Another new line of kits from the People's Republic of China. This time the scale of choice is 1/48. AA has recently launched this, its 'PLA' series.

This is the upgraded Chinese version of the MiG-21F. Please note that you will not be able to build a MiG-21F from this kit without major surgery. The F-7II is a very different aircraft with a larger Chinese-built radar and two-piece canopy. Decals for a Naval F-7II

This later variant features a new cranked arrow wing. Decals for an F-7EB of the PLAAF's aerobatics team.

The M variant is another upgrade of the F-7II (sometimes without the cranked wing of the M). It was exported in various forms to Bangladesh, Iran, Pakistan and Zimbabwe among others. Decals for a PLAAF aircraft.

MiG-19 variant upgraded to include a small shock cone in the nose. Sprue layout shown below.
